We learnt the full cycle of marketing for the decision makers on both sidesof the options agreement, finding motivated vendors and the tenant buyers. We were taken through how to set up the deal and the documentation required. We were given the legal perspective through the attendance of  one of Marks solicitors who has successfully completed many options with him.

What I and others were drawn to, was Marks ethical view on the world. This in itself gave comfort that what we were learning was good for all parties and although we would be making a healthy amount ourselves, we would be creating win win scenarios for all involved.

Mark and his lovely Julie are people you know you can trust and are looking for long term relationships to be formed following the course, so rest assured you are getting a product with longevity. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to take action and put in practice these killer skills!”

Another huge thanks for Saturday, and the effort you & Julie put in to make it so valuable

The lease options day course has left me with all the obvious highs and motivation that is usually felt after you hear a great speaker. The big difference here is the steps given to start have been laid out so simply that the work begins now without any hesitation.

I know exactly where to source, who to source, any potential pitfalls and the legal bits. Anything else needs to come with practice.

The beauty about lease options is that they are so flexible. Prior to this course that was the issue…too much choice! Of course now I appreciate that concept and have the tools to focus on what matters. The other delegates on the day were a joy to work with and the actual style/format of the seminar was refreshing and kept everyone engaged ~ there was absolutely no one nodding off!

This was the first property investment course I attended, and as such I think my expectations were higher than those of most other attendees. For me it wasn’t so much a case of getting just one or two new tips or doing some networking on the course. No, I wanted a clear roadmap with a well-stocked toolbox to set me on my way of building my UK property portfolio. Ultimately, I wanted everything I’d need to get cracking with using Options the very next day.

Right from the start Mark’s approach impressed me. There was none of the hype I have often experienced with other speakers at networking events, and it was clear that he followed a strong ethical approach. The course content covered everything I’d hoped it would, and more. There might be plenty of footwork ahead to meet my objectives, but now finally I know how to get to my destination.

Thanks Mark for helping me to get started with Options and other creative methods of purchasing property. It is refreshing to see an approach to buying & selling property that is a win win for both the buyer & the seller.

It has been extremely useful to receive support & coaching from you, to give me the skills i need to meet with sellers and offer them solutions to selling their house, that are different from the normal way most investors have traditionally bought property.

The tools you have given me, along with the language patterns that you use to negotiate with the seller provide a platform to build a business around buying and selling property without having to go through the arduous mortgage process, which for me is the huge benefit of using options to buy and sell property.

Most importantly it has been good to learn from someone who is actually buying & selling houses, rather than just teaching it.

I am currently trying to use the skills you have taught me to buy my own house for my family – I’ll keep you posted.

I’ve been involved in buying BMV property for almost 4 years and recently, like most others, I’ve been attracted to adding ‘Options’ to my toolbox of tricks. I bought the manual, attended Rick Otton’s boot camp, picked brains etc, and one name keep cropping up……’Mark Jackson’.

Mark’s success with Options is phenomenal – so who better to learn from but the person who was making it happen in this country. And after spending some time tracking him down, Mark agreed to mentor me.
Although I’d done some prior training on options I was soon aware of just how much I didn’t know. Although it’s still early days, with Mark’s support and guidance I have agreed on 2 option deals, my only problem is finding time to roll out the many marketing strategies that Mark has shared with me.
It’s truly been a great pleasure working with Mark, he has been everything & more than I expected and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Hi Mark – I just wanted to thank you for all the help and confidence you have given me in structuring my first Lease Option deal.

I came across Mrs x by accident, she is relocating with work, has bought a new house and financially stuck in her old home. The intention was to help her move-on by buying in the more traditional way – however she couldn’t bring herself to accept a low offer on her home -  so I suggested I rented her house for a 5 year period and built in a higher purchase price at the end of the deal.

She loved this idea also told me that she wanted to release around £40k equity from her home to spend on her new house. You suggested that she took out a low LTV Buy to Let mortgage which I would pay for.

We looked at this but she decided to use some other funds in the end.

So here’s how the deal is being set up.

We have agreed I pay £350 pcm for 5 years with a final purchase price of £91k

The House is currently worth around £85k – I expect it could be worth around £105k in 5 years.

The Market rent in the area is £475, so I plan to find a Tenant Buyer to move into the house and charge a Premium rent of around £550 pcm giving me a good cashflow and back-end profit in 5 years.
